1. Agent-Assisted Cancellation (Within 24 Hours):
- Domestic: $77
- Foreign: $105
- First Class and Business: $104
2. Air-Economy Cancellation & Refunds (After 24 Hours):
- Domestic: $145 (with refund), $70 (with future credit)
- International: $253 (with refund), $78 (with future credit)
3. Business/Air-First:
- Domestic: $255 (with refund), $100 (with future credit)
- International: $245 (with refund), $105 (with future credit)
4. Changes to Current (Exchange):
For tickets under $1005 in ticket value: The maximum ticket value is $203. For tickets costing $1005 or more, the charges will be $203 or 15% of the ticket price.
5. Particular Services:
- Economy Air: $78 for Agent-Assisted Waivers
- Business/First Air: Waivers Assisted by Agents: $103
6. Agent Assistance Fees:
Requesting a refund or airline credit for the following reasons:
- Death or Loss
- A Duplicate
- Medical
- Military
- Infant
- Name Correction and Name Change
- Absent
- Restore the Route Modifications
- Validity of Tickets
- Issues with Schengen and UNMR Visas
7. Crucial Details:
- Military, bereaved, and visually impaired individuals are eligible for special discounts and offers under the Compassion Exception Policy (CEP).
- All airline refunds and future credits are contingent upon the carrier's fare regulations.
- Service fees are subject to change and are not refundable.
- These charges are on top of those charged by the airline and/or the supplier.
- Taxes and levies charged by the government are subject to change.
- The overall total cost that our agent quotes or displays will be charged to you.
